What is your Project Management System?
Our Project Management System is a proprietary system developed to ensure great communication during your project. Everything from research to design mockup presentation, feedback and content development will be managed through the system. One of the system's greatest assests is that it facilitates communication in projects that have mulitple people commenting on the project from the client side.

How long will my project take? How will my project roll out?
Small projects can take as little as 1 month while larger projects might take up to 3 months. Most projects arrive to the 80% completion mark very quickly. The real work is in finalizing the details of your project. From our experience, the biggest bottleneck in the process is often the client. We work hand-in-hand with you the entire project -- so the faster you can gather your comments and get them back to us, the faster we can get you up and running.

Another company gave me a quote for $X ... why does my project cost $Y with you?
This is a great question, because it's often the most important criteria people use in making a final decision.
The quick answer is that it's an apples to oranges question. In most cases, your quote is likely to be a function of the time that a web company is willing to spend on your project. Furthermore, the overall success of the project strongly depends on meeting both the client and web company's project expectations.
To make an analogy, you can take the example of hiring someone to build you a house. As a building contactor, the first set of questions should be, "Do you want a mansion or a cottage?" "Do want us to hire an interior designer?" "Do you want extra amenities like a pool?" etc. If these question aren't asked, the project result will probably not match expectations.
The fact of the matter is that if you receive a project quote that falls way off the chart (in either direction), the web company is probably not adequately assessing or considering your expections.
We've found that the best way to match results with expectations is through thorough pre-proposal conversations about the client's requirements and goals. We look at example websites and designs to estimate the project time and cost. This will ensure that the client who wants a cottage gets a cottage and the client who wants a mansion gets a mansion.

OK, I think I'm ready ... what's the next step?
If we've already discussed the requirements of your project and you like our project quote, then the next step is to call us back and say, "Yup, we're ready to go forward!"
We'll email out a letter of agreement outlining the exact project specs, dates and fees. Once we've received your $500 down payment (payable by credit card) we'll get started on your project immediately.
During this period, we'll give you access to our Project Management System where we'll begin the project communication process. Once we've decided on the design direction (this usually takes a couple of days), you're likely to see the first round of design or programming in 5 working days (this depends on our current workload).
